Baileys Training

When I had the dogs out yesterday morning Bailey found a bit of wood about the same size as a dummy & brought it to me, I took it off him & threw it aside & carried on. On the way back he took off (I could have stopped him if I wanted to but was interested to see what he was doing) anyway, he ran about 75yds & retrieved the very same bit of wood. This morning I thought I would try him with a long seen retrieve - he went back perfectly at 100yds & done a couple more. I then tried him with a couple of blinds at 50yds & they were spot on too :good: Might not be perfect training but I am pleased with him

Nice videos Tam is Bailey in another county when he finds that dummy??? ;)

Aye, nearly  I was really surprised at him working that distance :good: He has a great memory - I even dropped a dummy & let him mark it & went round the corner & sent him diagonally through the wood for it & he was straight on it

Good stuff Tam.Nice seeing a dug coming on.
