November 6, 20231 yr Community Expert comment_4073282 Looks very nice. When I make a dish calling for chopped pieces of ham (as opposed to whole slices), I have found that smoked bacon (pre cooked) gives even more flavour. Really good ham is fine, but many ham's are very bland in flavour.
