Posted June 17, 20241 yr comment_4125307 We have a bubble and squeak bag in our freezer, all leftover cooked veg and mashed spuds go in it. When it’s full, it’s bubble and squeak night…. which I must admit to looking forward to big style! Tonight was the night - we’d had a gammon joint over the weekend so the leftover slices went in the pan too. Topped off with a couple of eggs from our hens - food of the gods!
June 18, 20241 yr Community Expert comment_4125346 I love bubble and squeak. I make bubble and squeak 'cakes', then freeze until solid on a tray/plate, then vac-pack and keep frozen until needed.

June 18, 20241 yr comment_4125391 I love it too but it's got to be just greens and potato with a nearly burnt top. No peas, carrots or sweet corn like my local cafe puts in it.
