Oven chips or home made?…..special multi-purpose gravy?

oven chips tossed in a bit of oil..(otherwise they can be a bit dry)

the best gravy is made with proper meat juices and cornflower and vedge water and maybe a bit of bisto plain powder

some os these gravy granules are truly AWFUL.....the onion one is good if you add to it...the chicken is passable if you add to it...

decent gravy really makes a meal....

TBH I've not used gravy granules for years as I find the Knorr stock pots (I use the intense versions) much nicer. If I can I use liquid from a Trivet or cook Onion gravy from scratch but it takes ages.

Can't disagree there, but it's no problem as long as you don't add any more salt, the normal pots are a little underwhelming and often 2 are needed but the intense version is good as a one dose job.
