You never see it in supermarkets.

I get ours, along with goat and venison, from Abel and Cole.

most good butchers will get it for you but you have to order it at least a week in advance

There I am at a loss.

There are no "good butchers" nearby. One, about 3 miles away, is rated as good, and so is swamped by foodies, but is considerably more expensive.

I find Abel & Cole a good compromise.

our local butcher has gone now....it was By Appointment as well............then the Ukraine thing happened and their fuel cost more than doubled to some insane ammount.........they had fridges / freezers/ cold shelves on the deli side air condictioning....so they were heavy usage..........they couldnt absorb the cost anymore ....their lecky bill was eyewatering before the gas crisis.....

this govt and previous govts are destroyers of the working man......and bottom kissers of the rich
