Drop prawns, chicken, ham whatever into frying pan when it’s hot. When water in small pan is boiling drop in noodles and cook til soft. While all this is going on, mix two or three eggs in a cup. When noodles are soft drop in peas or whatever, and when boiling again empty into a sieve, drain and add to frying pan. Add flavouring. Give a good stir then pour in eggs. Another good stir till eggs are cooked and coat everything and serve. Total takes about 15 mins. ? Edited January 31Jan 31 by Scully
