Thanks gents. It was ok, but had run out of prawns and made the mistake of using Aldi ham which was a bit tasteless.

That looks banging must put the recipe up

Dead easy. Oil in a frying pan. Water in a small pan.
Drop prawns, chicken, ham whatever into frying pan when it’s hot.

When water in small pan is boiling drop in noodles and cook til soft. While all this is going on, mix two or three eggs in a cup.

When noodles are soft drop in peas or whatever, and when boiling again empty into a sieve, drain and add to frying pan. Add flavouring. Give a good stir then pour in eggs. Another good stir till eggs are cooked and coat everything and serve.
Total takes about 15 mins. ?

i steer clear of smoked ham as it overpowers the dish and i like to add chopped and fried spring onions......all these type of recipes can be made excactly how you want...and they always look nice and taste nice   ...and cheap

Exactly. It’s not an exact science; add or subtract to suit. ?
